Playboy's New Centerfold Was Busted for Marijuana

SHREVEPORT - Lindsey Evans has gone from mug shot to centerfold.

The former Miss Louisiana Teen USA who was arrested last year on a marijuana possession charge and for skipping out on the bill at a Bossier City restaurant, is Playboy’s Playmate of the Month for October. The issue hits newsstands today.

“It is pretty surreal right now,” the Blanchard native said Thursday as she relaxed in a pool at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles. “I can’t wait for this issue to come out. This is something I can’t believe is happening right now.”

The 19-year-old made national headlines last year after being involved in a “Dine and Dash” incident at a local restaurant.

The now fallen beauty queen exited the eatery without paying, only to realize that she had left her purse, which contained her wallet, her ID and a bag of marijuana, on the restaurant table. She subsequently was arrested and stripped of her title.
